Quicktime 7 or later is required to view the videos. If you do not have it, get it here. To check your version:
- open QuickTime Player
- select the Help menu
- select About Quicktime Player...
- the version number should be displayed under the Quicktime logo.
- to upgrade on a PC, go to Edit>Preferences>QuickTime Preferences>Update Check
- to upgrade on a Mac, run the Software Update utility.
- QuickTime 7 is required to view the fullscreen videos.
Do you have the correct connection selected? To check:
- open QuickTime Player
- select the Edit menu, then Preferences, then QuickTime Preferences
- when the dialog box opens, select Connection Speed from the drop down menu.
- Select your current connection speed.
- If your connection speed is atleast 112 Kbps, you can enable Instant-On.
Do you have Instant-On enabled? To check:

- open QuickTme Player
- select the Edit menu, then Preferences, then QuickTime Preferences
- when the dialog box opens, select Instant-On from the drop down menu.
- check the Enable Instant-On box.
iPod Information
- iTunes 7 and the latest version of Quicktime are required to add the video to your iPod.
- The iPod viewable versions are encoded in 640x480 resolution.
- The iPod viewable versions will automatically download to your computer and will need to be un-zipped prior to viewing, they will NOT play in your browser.
