Help Information

• Quicktime 6 or later is required to view the videos. If you do not have it, get it here. To check your version:
  1. open QuickTime Player
  2. select the Help menu
  3. select About Quicktime Player...
  4. the version number should be displayed under the Quicktime logo.
  5. to upgrade on a PC, go to Edit>Preferences>QuickTime Preferences>Update Check
  6. to upgrade on a Mac, run the Software Update utility.
  7. QuickTime 7 is required to view the fullscreen videos.
• Do you have the correct connection selected? To check:
  1. open QuickTime Player
  2. select the Edit menu, then Preferences, then QuickTime Preferences
  3. when the dialog box opens, select Connection Speed from the drop down menu.
  4. Select your current connection speed.
  5. If your connection speed is atleast 112 Kbps, you can enable Instant-On.
• Do you have Instant-On enabled? To check:
  open QuickTme Player
  select the Edit menu, then Preferences, then QuickTime Preferences
  when the dialog box opens, select Instant-On from the drop down menu.
  check the Enable Instant-On box.
